Advanced Practice in Breastfeeding(no classes scheduled at this time) Course DescriptionThis stimulating 3-day workshop is for you if you have a foundation in breastfeeding practice and have experience working with breastfeeding mothers and their babies. Join your colleagues from around the country to get the latest updates in breastfeeding research from internationally-known instructors. You'll get the chance to work in small groups on complex case studies and discuss difficult breastfeeding issues. This course will help you find clarity in your patient and workplace lactation challenges. This is a perfect opportunity if you are studying for the IBLCE exam or would like "L" CERPs for re-certification. Exam preparation and review of the exam blueprint are covered, with practice exam questions provided throughout the 3 days. The course also features short lectures using case study topics for exam review. This course is not intended for those who have attended the 5- or 6-day lactation course in the last couple of years, unless you need CERPs or are reviewing for the IBLCE exam.
