Library Resources and Services

Seattle Midwifery School Library provides a unique collection of materials on midwifery, pregnancy, childbirth, labor support, women's health, and related topics. The collection includes books, journals, newsletters, audiovisual materials, senior papers, and a vertical file of reprints, pamphlets, newspaper articles, and miscellaneous items. The Library's special emphasis on resources for the practitioner supports the Midwifery Education, Doula Education, and Extension Education curricula. The SMS Library is a member of the National Network of Libraries of Medicine.

Hours

The SMS Library is open during the School's business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
