Jenny Morgan plans to enjoy some time home with her family over the next several weeks as she prepares for the NARM exam in August 2010. She plans to become licensed in California and launch Natural Instincts Community Birth Collective (NICBC) in the fall of 2010. She will continue to birth assist and back up her precepting midwife at Creekside Women's Healthcare as well as help out other midwives in her area. |

Kate Saumweber, this year’s recipient of the Jo Anne Myers-Ciecko Award for Outstanding Scholarship and Leadership will be sitting for her certification exams in August. She is joining the midwifery team at Health Foundations Family Health & Birth Center in Saint Paul, MN, the Twin Cities first free-standing birth center. She is thoroughly enjoying life being engaged and is planning a wedding for 2011. |
